Barbara brings more than 20 years of passion for yoga and combines traditional yoga practices with Pilates-inspired core work to create a balanced session focused on strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Designed to welcome all skill levels, the one-hour outdoor practice offers a mindful way to reset and recharge in a scenic waterfront setting.
After class, stay and unwind under the shade trees while enjoying light bites and a complimentary refreshing beverage. Registration is $35 per person and includes the guided yoga fusion session, post-workout refreshments, and beverage.
