Marketing Director

As the Marketing Lead for Queenstown Harbor Resort, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the resort’s activities and goals. You will lead the creation of data-driven marketing programs, manage digital and print campaigns, and optimize return on investment through careful tracking and reporting. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, as well as maintaining a strong social media presence. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize marketing efforts, manage budgets, and ensure all initiatives are executed with quality and efficiency.

Lead Cook

This position reports to the Food and Beverage Director and involves food preparation, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and kitchen organization. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining sanitation, assisting with inventory, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role requires dependability, punctuality, minimal supervision, flexibility, and completion of tasks. Must have a high school diploma, 3-5 years of experience, Maryland TAM License, and Food Service Sanitation Management Certification.
