Last week, we gathered in The Tavern at Queenstown Harbor for our annual employee holiday party. This cherished seasonal tradition celebrates the dedicated team behind Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort’s exceptional guest experiences.
As the evening began, the Tavern quickly filled with laughter, conversation, and teammates from every corner of the property. Together, those moments highlighted the culture, connection, and hospitality that define the culture of our one of a kind hospitality here at Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort.
Hosted in the Heart of Queenstown Harbor
The Tavern was the perfect setting for the evening: warm, welcoming, and full of the relaxed energy that defines winter at Queenstown Harbor. It was a chance for team members from our golf, hospitality, food and beverage, events, lodging, and operations teams to step away from their daily roles and simply enjoy time together.
Good food, great company, and plenty of stories made the night one to remember. We remembered the season together, enjoyed eachothers company and embraced the festive season in more ways than one. And ofcourse the revealing of our 2nd annual Queenstown Harbor holiday ornament – Available for sale in the pro shop through the end of the year!

This evening was about appreciation. Queenstown Harbor runs because of the dedication, care, and passion of our employees, and Our Annual Holiday Party gives us the opportunity to pause and say thank you.
Through every season – busy summer weekends, crisp fall mornings, and quiet winter days – our team continues to create experiences that keep guests coming back. This celebration was a small way to recognize the big impact they make. These people are the heartbeat of Queenstown Harbor and the reason we get repeat positive comments such as “Super accommodating and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome” and “The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Its worth the trip over the bay Bridge.”
This year our team had a little fun celebrating our fearless leader – John Anderes, Vice President of Development. We surprised him with team socks featuring an AI photo of him. His reaction was priceless and it further enhanced the fun and mood of our annual holiday party! He was a great sport about it!

As we enter the New Year, we’re grateful for our dedicated team and loyal guests who support Queenstown Harbor season after season.
