February Bartender Brawl at Queenstown Harbor: Sip, Vote & Crown the Ultimate Cocktail

From February 1–28, 2026, the Tavern at Queenstown Harbor transforms into the home of our first-ever Bartender Brawl: a month-long cocktail competition where handcrafted drinks, local talent, and guest participation take center stage.
This is more than a cocktail special. It’s a reason to gather, sip something new each week, and help decide which drink earns a permanent spot on our cocktail menu.
What Is the Bartender Brawl?
The Bartender Brawl at Queenstown Harbor is a four-week cocktail showdown featuring four of our bartenders, each spotlighted for one week in February. Every bartender debuts an original, house-crafted cocktail, designed from scratch and approved through a rigorous R&D process.
The bartender who sells the most cocktails during their featured week — plus earns bonus points through social engagement — is crowned the winner.

Each Bartender Brawl cocktail is required to include:
- At least four ingredients
- A house-made simple syrup crafted by the bartender
- A unique garnish
- An original name you won’t find online
- Batchability for consistency and quality
- Plus, they were tasked with creating a perfect food pairing and trivia theme

🍐 Week 1: Mike | The Tea Box
February 1–7: Kick off February with cozy comfort and friendly competition. Mike’s week is all about rustic flavors and warm fireside vibes.
Signature Cocktail:
A bourbon-forward classic featuring house-made spiced pear syrup, black tea, lemon, and a freeze-dried pear garnish.
Trivia Night: Friday, February 6 – Backwoods Trivia Takeover
Food Pairing: Chicken & waffles with bourbon glaze

🐝 Week 2: Caitlyn | Bee Local
February 8–13: Bright, floral, and locally inspired, Bee Local celebrates Eastern Shore flavor with a refreshing finish.

Trivia Night: February 13 – Bee Local Legends Trivia
Food Pairing: Maryland crab soup & cream of crab with fresh locally sourced sourdough crackers

February 14–21: Bold, playful, and unapologetically fun — this candy-inspired cocktail is a crowd favorite in the making.

Skittle-infused vodka, triple sec, blue curaçao, house-made sour mix, Sprite, and freeze-dried Skittles.
Trivia Night: February 20 – Sweet Showdown Trivia
