For 0–10 guests, our Winter Elopement Package includes two hours inside our charming River House, complete with:
- On-site officiant
- Bridal bouquet
- Small celebratory cake
- Champagne toast
- Behind-the-scenes photos taken by our staff
- An overnight stay in one of our boutique waterview bungalows
It’s the perfect way to upgrade your courthouse wedding and say “I do” in a beautiful, private setting. Additionally, if you’d like professional photography, we’ll happily connect you with a photographer from our specially curated preferred vendor list.
Simply bring your marriage license, and then our on-site officiant will return it to the courthouse on your behalf after the ceremony.
Pricing starts at $3,999 for up to 10 guests for 2 hours
Looking for a slightly larger gathering? You can upgrade your package to accommodate up to 25 guests for up to 4 hours, and add a full bar or cocktail-hour hors d’oeuvres to transform your elopement into an elegant, intimate affair.
Afterward, sneak away to your private bridal suite for a cozy mini-moon right here on property.
Booking Requirements:
- 48 hours’ notice is required (contact our elopement specialist to get booked)
- This Winter Elopement Package is available Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Weekend elopements are available at an increased rate within availability
- Helpful hint: Maryland has a 48-hour marriage waiting period
