The evening begins with a 6:00 PM reception, followed by dinner at 6:30 PM, and each course is thoughtfully paired with a premium Old Forester expression. The menu is led by Bradley Manchester, Vice President of Culinary for Vivamee Hospitality, and Sabri Karayilan, Head Chef at Queenstown Harbor, bringing together elevated technique, seasonal ingredients, and bourbon-forward flavors.
